The guided path, week by week

  1. Week 1

    Controller

    Movement, camera, and a dodge roll that actually feels right.

  2. Week 2

    Combat

    Attacks, combos, hitboxes, and hit reactions.

  3. Week 3

    Enemy AI

    Enemies that chase, attack, stagger, and reset with a clean state machine.

  4. Week 4

    Assemble the game

    Stats, dialogue, save/load, then the capstone that wires every system into one playable action roguelike with lock-on.

Build it in order, one system at a time
