Overview
Coding Quests sells digital learning content. Once a payment goes through, all sales are final. We don't refund subscription payments after they're processed.
Why No Refunds?
The quests open up the moment you buy. A digital lesson isn't like a physical product you can ship back once you've worked through it. Each quest takes real time to build and test, and the price reflects that.
So try the free content first. The free tier gives you a whole quest (the Inventory System, 10 lessons), which is plenty to see how we teach and whether it clicks for you before you pay for a membership.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription whenever you want from your account settings. Here's what happens when you do:
- You keep access to paid content until the end of the billing period you already paid for
- We won't charge you again once the cancellation kicks in
- Your progress, XP, achievements, and profile stay exactly where you left them
Exceptional Circumstances
All sales are final, but stuff happens. If something genuinely went wrong (you got charged by mistake, or a technical bug is blocking you from your content), email us. We'll look at your case one on one.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute before you've talked to us can get your account closed right away. Reach out to us first. We can usually sort out a billing problem fast.
