Your safety net is the free trial

Coding Quests sells digital learning content, and most memberships start with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then from your account settings. That trial is your chance to build real Godot systems and decide if it's for you before you pay anything.

After a paid charge

Once a payment goes through (after your trial, or on renewal), that charge is final. A digital lesson isn't like a physical product you can ship back once you've worked through it, and your quests open up the moment you're billed. So if a plan isn't for you, cancel before the next charge rather than after it.

Prefer to look before you leap? The free quests give you whole quests for nothing, which is plenty to see whether it clicks for you.

Lifetime Access purchases

Lifetime Access is a one-time payment and follows the same rule: once the charge goes through, it is final. There is no trial on the lifetime plan, so if you are not sure yet, start with the free quests or a subscription first. You can always move to lifetime later.

One thing worth being upfront about: "lifetime" means the lifetime of Coding Quests. Your access lasts for as long as the Platform operates, as described in our Terms of Service. It is not a promise that the site will exist forever, and if the Platform is ever discontinued in the future, that does not create a right to a refund.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription whenever you want from your account settings. Here's what happens when you do:

• You keep access to paid content until the end of the billing period you already paid for
• We won't charge you again once the cancellation kicks in
• Your progress, XP, achievements, and profile stay exactly where you left them

Exceptional Circumstances

All sales are final, but stuff happens. If something genuinely went wrong (you got charged by mistake, or a technical bug is blocking you from your content), email us. We'll look at your case one on one.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute before you've talked to us can get your account closed right away. Reach out to us first. We can usually sort out a billing problem fast.
