Support
CodingQuests is built and supported by one person, Omar. Emails get a real reply, usually within 48 hours.
info@codingquests.comBilling, cancellation, and refunds
Cancel or manage billing: open your profile, go to Settings, and use "Manage billing or cancel" (it opens the secure Stripe portal). Cancelling takes a couple of clicks; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and every project file you downloaded stays yours.
Refunds in short: the 7-day free trial is the safety net (you are charged $0 until it ends). Once a charge goes through after the trial or at a renewal it is final, and lifetime purchases are final at purchase. Something genuinely went wrong (double charge, technical bug)? Email us and we will make it right. Full Refund Policy
Prices: Guild Hall is $25/month (or yearly / lifetime, see Pricing), always with the current terms stated before checkout.
Account help
Can't sign in? Try the provider you originally signed up with (Google, GitHub, or email). Password resets are on the login form. If your progress looks wrong after signing in on a new device, give it a minute to sync, then reload.
Change email or display name: Profile → Settings. If an email change fails, contact us and we will move it for you.
Delete your account: email us from the account's address and we will delete it and its data.
Report a quest or lesson issue
Found a wrong code check, broken starter code, a confusing explanation, a typo, or a Godot-version mismatch? Use the Report an issue button in the lesson's top bar - it attaches the exact quest, lesson, and encounter automatically, so you never have to describe where you were.
No account or prefer email? Send the lesson URL and a screenshot to info@codingquests.com.
Technical troubleshooting
A lesson won't load or a button does nothing: reload the page first - after a site update your browser can hold a stale version, and a reload fixes it.
Code editor feels stuck: check you are online, then reload. Your code and progress save to your account, so nothing is lost.
Progress didn't save: the save indicator in the top bar shows pending saves; they retry automatically when you come back online.
Browser and device support
The lessons run in any current Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari, on desktop and mobile. The in-browser code editor works on phones, though a keyboard makes longer lessons more comfortable. No installs are needed for the browser lessons.
Godot version
All quests are built for Godot 4 (current 4.x releases). Downloadable project files open in current Godot 4 releases. If a lesson disagrees with the Godot editor in front of you, report it - version drift is a bug on our side.
